Expansion & Reverse Osmosis Treatment Plant Construction

 

To address the needs of our member governments, due to economic growth being experienced throughout the region, PTRWA is beginning

an expansion of the John Franklin Kime Water Treatment Facility.  The facility will be expanded from its current production capacity

of 14.7 MGD to a finished water production capacity of 26.7 MGD.  In addition, the PTRWA Board of Director\\\\\'s has made the decision to 

address emerging compounds that have been detected in the reservoir by moving forward with adding advanced treatment to the water 

treatment facility, Reverse Osmosis Treatment has been selected as the best available treatment technology for PTRWA\\\\\'s facility.
